Let's take a moment today to salute a brave American hero. A man who saw through the amoral haze of today's society and who had the courage to stand up for what's right, even in the face of an unstoppable tide of modernity and vice. That man is Oklahoma legislator Ralph Shortey.

Guys at Yale are bad in bed. I know Yale has taught us to discuss issues with nuance and complexity, but I feel really comfortable with this blanket statement: Guys at Yale are bad in bed. Like, really bad. Like, I’d-laugh-if-I-weren’t-crying bad.

Hi, Truth Seeker, I do remember Chrysalis. A great feminist publication that was far too short lived. I have not been able to find it online, but here are two links that discuss it or have articles about or from it:
here's a page that has archives of some great articles concerning feminism, including some from Chrysalis:
http://www.eastofborneo.org/archives
A second link page has an image of the table of contents for the first issue: Chrysalis: A Magazine of Women's Culture. Vol. 1, Issue 1 (1977) and a short summary about it. In the comments section are a couple of the feminists who were involved.
Loretta, Thanks for the FR.
Do you by any chance remember the lesbian/feminist publication in the l970s called Chrysalis? I was wondering if there are any copies archived anywhere. I was too young when I first found the magazine to gain any insightful input, but would love to peruse through the pages now that I have a little maturity under my belt. If you are not old enough to remember-- no insult intended LOL. Just speculating on your age due to the depth of your convictions. Beliefs of that magnitude generally take time to gel.
Loretta, it is an honor. Love your comments and hope you have a wonderful new year.
I'm surprised you added me. I do appreciate it. Happy New Year!

I don't always agree with your basic premise regarding gender, but I can certainly perceive an honesty of motive and an eloquence that explodes into ones consciousness, demanding attention! I can only admire your obvious passion when articulating your ideals. I have a fifteen year old daughter and have forwarded your site on NV for her future reference; as a man, my delivery with regard to a fifteen year old girl sometimes needs work.
In the defense of the ascendancy of what is female in all of us there will be differences of opinion, but if the challenge is worthy, and the champions honorable, then the results will be of benefit to all!
Kindest Regards.
Loretta,
I would like to use one of the photos from the Mule and Horse PowerPoint in a publication about Ocean Springs, MS. Please contact me!

Very good food for thought. Fantastic seeds. Loretta, more men need to take your advise, if you know what I mean. Thanks for the friend invite and thanks for leaving your comment on the American being exported to Mexico. - Jim
