Exercises that supposedly improve your sex life have filled women's magazines for years. Meghan Pleticha spends a week doing them—then a few nights doing it—to see if they deliver.

We walked inside and over to a mat. "I was calling all the female trainers I know, and I asked them what kind of sexercises they would do," Keith explained. "So we're going to do some hip openers, some heart openers, and maybe a little something to help you with your reverse cowgirl."

I was in.

Keith took me through a relatively rigorous set of exercises, including:

The Straddle Stretch: Sitting with my legs outspread, Keith had me touch my toes, and then roll over on my back so my feet touched the floor behind my head. Then I would roll back again, touching my toes.

The Fire Hydrant: Starting on all fours, I lifted my leg like a dog relieving himself, and then extended that leg behind me.

The Stripper Stretch: in which I spread my legs and bent over repeatedly. Keith had me do this as I skittered across the gym like a giraffe at watering hole. I tried not to be self-conscious as I elevated my ass in front of a line of dudes doing sit-ups.

Next came groiners, squats, and mountain climbers. I was bad at the groiners, but Keith reminded me I just needed to "make it sexy." We were five minutes into these when, lying on my back, my heart racing, I started making involuntary little grunts. I felt sexier already.

Hmmm. Sounds interesting and somewhat amusing. (please don't be offended) Only we humans could take something so natural and create "exercises" that are supposed to improve it. LOL However, having said that, I must admit to one thing. When my late wife was contemplating doing a natural childbirth with our second son we attended the La Maz classes that were intended to prepare us both for the event. Part of that class included the Kegel exercises to strengthen her pelvic muscles. Well I gotta tell ya that was like discovering sex all over again! She could bring me to orgasm by simply doing her exercises while I was inserted. It was kind of weird at first but later it became a regular part of our sexual practices.

After completing what one typically calls 'normal coitus' we would generally fall into a relaxed period of caressing and kissing to sort of wind down. However once we got into Kegels, I simply would not withdraw at this time. We would cling to each other as my male appendage 're-loaded' and she would slowly start her Kegels. In no time at all I would be ready to go again. At the risk of sounding a little gross, the sticky remains of the first go round actually served to heighten the second effort. I cannot honestly say how much of an improvement it made for her but for me it was "yoweeee!"

So based upon this experience I must say that I would offer an enthusiastic 'yes' vote for the exercises you describe. Also, from the sound of it, they also make for a rather erotic mental image for me LOL.... :=)) Dirty old man, just sayin. HEH HEH HEH HEH
